(In English below) Huset ligger ett stenkast från Skäråssjön i en väldigt lugn och fin miljö, och erbjuder både avskildhet och närhet till skog och sjö. Gården har anor från 1600-talet och många rustika detaljer är bevarade. Från huset är det fem minuters promenad på en stig ner till Skäråssjön. Husets planlösning är praktisk och rymlig, med ett stort vardagsrum, ett matbord med plats för åtta personer samt fyra sovrum. På bottenvåningen finns en dubbelsäng och ett badrum med dusch, medan övervåningen rymmer ett stort barnrum med fyra platsbyggda sängar, ett andra sovrum med två enkelsängar samt ett större sovrum med dubbelsäng, toalett med tvättmaskin och torktumlare samt ett litet förråd. Huset uthyrs möblerat. Det är barnvänligt och utrustat med spjälsäng, barnstol m.m. Det har fyra fungerande, nyinstallerade elstäder, en helt ny luftvärmepump och en tilläggsisolerad vind som tillsammans håller nere elkostnaderna. Följande ingår i hyran: VA-avgift, sophämtning, sotning, snöskottning fram till hustomt, eget vatten från brunn (testat och godkänt). Fyrhjulsdrift är en förutsättning för att ta sig ända fram till huset vintertid. Följande ingår inte i hyran: el, mobilt bredband (snabb uppkoppling med Telia, 300-600 kr/månad beroende på abonnemangstyp), trädgårdsskötsel. Uthyres endast till rökfria gäster. Inga hundar tillåtna. The house is located just a stone's throw from Skäråssjön in a very peaceful and beautiful setting, offering both privacy and close access to the forest and lake. The property dates back to the 17th century, and many rustic details have been preserved. From the house, it’s a five-minute walk down a path to Skäråssjön. The house has a practical and spacious layout, with a large living room, a dining table with seating for eight people, and four bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The upper floor features a large children’s room with four built-in beds, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a larger bedroom with a double bed. There is also a toilet with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a small storage room. The house is rented out fully furnished. It is child-friendly and equipped with a crib, high chair, and more. It has four fully functional, newly installed electric fireplaces, a brand-new air-source heat pump, and additional insulation in the attic, which together help keep electricity costs low.
